NOTICE OF NOMINATIONS FOR MEMBERS OF MARSHALL EAST CONSERVATION & DEVELOPMENT AREA AUTHORITY
As per Regulations under The Conservation and Development Act O.C.1369/65 – Form E
The Marshall East Conservation & Development Area Authority No. 161 is hereby giving Public Notice that, for a period of 14 days after the date stated hereunder, I will accept duly written nominations of owners or occupants of land in the area for membership of the Area Authority. The number of vacancies to be filled is three (3) and forms of nomination have been directly mailed or are available by email.
